Shift Supervisor

As a Shift Supervisor at IIQAF, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our training and certification programs. You will work closely with a team of dedicated instructors and trainers to ensure that our students receive the best possible learning experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of instructors and trainers, ensuring all training activities are delivered efficiently and effectively.
• Schedule and coordinate training sessions, ensuring proper utilization of resources and class sizes.
• Monitor the progress of students, provide feedback, and ensure training objectives are met.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of training delivery and student satisfaction.
• Oversee the preparation and maintenance of training materials and facilities.
• Handle any operational issues and address student complaints, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth functioning of the training and certification programs.
• Evaluate employee performance and provide coaching and development opportunities.
• Assess and report on training program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a training or education setting.
• Proven experience in training program development and evaluation.
• Knowledge of quality assurance and finance practices will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
