Consultant or Specialist Infectious Diseases Doctor

As an Infectious Diseases Doctor at SearchPlus HR, you will play a crucial role in providing specialized medical care to patients with infectious diseases.

In this position, you will diagnose and treat a wide range of infectious diseases, such as HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, influenza, and respiratory infections. You will conduct comprehensive evaluations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes. Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' medical history, symptoms, and conduct thorough physical examinations
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood work, imaging studies, and cultures
• Diagnose and treat various infectious diseases, including but not limited to HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, and respiratory infections
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on the specific infectious disease and patient needs
• Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments, adhering to established guidelines
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Educate patients and their families about infectious disease prevention and management
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including specialists, nurses, and pharmacists
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in the field of infectious diseases through continuous learning and professional development

Requirements

• Medical degree and valid license to practice as an Infectious Diseases Doctor
• Completion of a recognized residency program in Infectious Diseases
• Proven experience in diagnosing and treating a diverse range of infectious diseases
• Strong knowledge of infectious diseases principles, practices, and treatment options
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues
• Detail-oriented mindset and ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases
