We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent English language skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office administration, and prior experience providing administrative support in a professional setting. This role will play a critical part in ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations by assisting with various administrative tasks and supporting the team as needed.

1. Provide administrative support to executives and team members, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.

2. Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with accuracy and attention to detail.

3. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and route them to the appropriate person or department for further action.

4. Maintain and update databases, records, and filing systems, ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.

5. Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and maintenance requests, and ensure office facilities are well-maintained and stocked.

6. Assist with event planning and coordination, including scheduling venues, arranging catering, and managing RSVPs.

7. Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing paperwork, scheduling orientation sessions, and coordinating office logistics.

8. Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports or presentations as needed to support business operations and decision-making.

9. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to their successful completion within deadlines.

10. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications:

1.Bacholer degree or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or related field is a plus.

2. Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, with strong communication skills.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.

4. Prior experience working as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, providing support to executives or teams.

5. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

6. Attention to detail and accuracy in completing administrative tasks, proofreading documents, and managing data.

7. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

8. Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to interact with people at all levels.

9. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.

10. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and eagerness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
