Typical Responsibilities Include

• Completing assessments and delivering counselling to clients
• Supporting team leaders with coaching + mentoring, and playing a key part in the new graduate program
• Liaising between employers, employees, insurance companies and other health professionals
• Case management (goal setting, setting return to work plans, following up on progress)
