Job Main Scope

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full logistics operations within the NALI region. This includes overseeing primary and secondary logistics (if applicable), encompassing warehousing, transportation, distribution cost governance, and overall operational efficiency. As the Logistics Manager, you will be accountable for delivering logistics safety, quality, cost savings, waste reduction, customer service excellence, and driving continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the NALI region's logistics operations, including primary and secondary logistics.
  • Manage and optimize warehousing, transportation, and distribution processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
  • Implement and monitor distribution cost governance measures to control expenses and improve financial performance.
  • Accountable for logistics safety, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and implementing measures to mitigate risks.
  • Drive initiatives to improve logistics quality, including accurate and on-time deliveries, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and waste reduction within the logistics operations, implementing measures to achieve targets.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver on logistics objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including procurement, sales, and production, to align logistics operations with business objectives.
  • Implement sustainability improvements within the logistics operations, such as reducing environmental impact and optimizing resource utilization.
  • Foster strong relationships with external partners, including logistics service providers and carriers, ensuring effective collaboration and service levels.

Job Experiences & Qualifications Required

  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain management
  • Strong knowledge of logistics cost governance, safety, quality, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities, capable of using data to drive decision-making and process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Knowledge of sustainability practices and their application within logistics operations.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a commitment to delivering operational excellence and customer service.
  • Ability to lead change/transformation with positive impact
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support implementation and collaboration efforts across the region.
