Job Main Scope

This role reports to NALI Integrated Planning Director, with significant scope for autonomous working, while working closely with the NALI SC LT. The incumbent will support in leading and driving initiatives for NALI Planning performance, business waste and agility through KPI tracking; process improvement, highlighting areas of focus and propose solutions for areas of improvement by drawing on best practice, and ensuring the planning excellence in the region. Drive ‘no touch planning agenda’ across the region in collaboration with Plan Service center & global team. S/he will also support the communication channels between the Global; regional and local teams.

Job Responsibilities

  • Leads the development and facilitates the deployment of new capabilities/roll-outs in the area Planning
  • Drive NALI Planning excellence agenda with NALI Planning LT
  • Lead RTVA and overall digitalization agenda together with digital team and country planning team
  • Coordinate and consolidate the roadmaps and key planning JBTD across the region
  • Lead Planning community to continuously improve performance; and facilitates the exchange and deployment of best practices
  • Deep-dive analysis of performance of specific categories/countries to propose improvement areas on BW; Inventory, SKU complexity and DBNR
  • Lead the NALI Planning performance discussions by BU through standard analysis and KPI dashboards
  • Identify opportunities to tackle structural drivers of inventory and waste by providing in depth analysis of countries performance on regular basis, highlight areas for improvement through loss trees, maturity assessment analysis.
  • Drive No touch Planning agenda and define the roadmap & action plans and follow the adherence by BU
  • Have regular engagement with countries to discuss supply chain process related issues with Process Champions
  • Develop a skill assessment and development plan; and ensure that it is implemented and follows-up regularly
  • Build NALI planning community with a clear agenda & engagement plans
  • Ensure global alignment on all solutions provided/deployed
  • Owns process excellence KPI thru Business Excellence Reports

Job Experiences & Qualifications Required

  • 9+ years of Experience in Supply Chain Planning
  • Analytical Thinking & problem solving skills.
  • Good communication & influencing skills.
  • Change Management capabilities.
  • Project Planning & Organization skills
  • In-depth understanding of Unilever planning processes
  • Experience in U2K2 Methodology & APO
  • Experience Process design and Management.
  • Knowledge/understanding of S&OP processes and cross-functional working.
  • Ability to lead change/transformation with positive impact
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support implementation and collaboration efforts across the region.
