Administration:
• Being the chief executive’s timekeeper, orchestrating their schedule.
• Keeping meetings focused and planning and coordinating them effectively.
• Leading meetings and workshops with meticulous planning and coordination.
• Support and may lead business presentations
• Presenting the chief executive and other senior leaders with detailed company operations analysis.
• Interface closely with the business and IT organizations to create an environment that makes data and information organized and accessible.
People management:
• Establish a culture of regular, accurate, and timely reporting that allows proactive management of issues in a manner satisfactory to both client and company.
• Foster a strong teamwork environment.

Degree:
BSc Engineering. Postgraduate studies are a must preferably MBA
Year of Experience:
10-15 years with managerial roles Multiple function experience in operation, and commercial Exposure to multi-cultured markets.
Special Technical Skills:
A solid operations background plus Strong knowledge in quality management is an asset. Budgeting and forecasting. Experienced Project Manager.
Special Generic Skills:
Change leader. Detailed and analytical mindset Strong knowledge and skill in the different negotiation strategies.
