Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Finance Senior Consultant to join Client's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP end-to-end implementation with a focus on finance modules. The candidate should possess a deep understanding of finance processes and systems, particularly in the public sector. This role requires a high level of expertise in SAP Finance modules and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in SAP Finance implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into functional specifications and technical designs.
- Configure and customize SAP Finance modules to meet the specific needs of clients.
- Conduct end-to-end testing and provide support during user acceptance testing (UAT) phases.
- Provide guidance and expertise to clients on best practices related to finance processes and system optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical consultants, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of SAP Finance modules with other systems.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective system utilization and adoption.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP Finance trends, technologies, and industry best practices, and provide recommendations for process improvements.

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP end-to-end implementation, with a focus on finance modules.
- Strong knowledge and experience in SAP Finance modules, including but not limited to General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Financial Closing.
- Prior experience working with public sector clients and knowledge of finance processes in the public sector is highly preferred.
- Excellent understanding of financial accounting principles and concepts.
- Proven ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with clients and team members.
- SAP certifications in relevant modules are a plus.
- Willingness to travel to client sites in KSA is required
