Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Finance Senior Consultant to join Client's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP end-to-end implementation with a focus on finance modules. The candidate should possess a deep understanding of finance processes and systems, particularly in the public sector. This role requires a high level of expertise in SAP Finance modules and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and participate in SAP Finance implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into functional specifications and technical designs.
  • Configure and customize SAP Finance modules to meet the specific needs of clients.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing and provide support during user acceptance testing (UAT) phases.
  • Provide guidance and expertise to clients on best practices related to finance processes and system optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical consultants, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of SAP Finance modules with other systems.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective system utilization and adoption.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP Finance trends, technologies, and industry best practices, and provide recommendations for process improvements.

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP end-to-end implementation, with a focus on finance modules.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in SAP Finance modules, including but not limited to General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Financial Closing.
  • Prior experience working with public sector clients and knowledge of finance processes in the public sector is highly preferred.
  • Excellent understanding of financial accounting principles and concepts.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • SAP certifications in relevant modules are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites in KSA is required
