BTECH is a reputable company in the consumer electronics and home appliances industry, and they are currently seeking a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Supervisor to join their team. As the Talent Acquisition Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, developing effective strategies to attract top talent, and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand the staffing needs of the organization and to identify the best candidates for various positions. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in talent acquisition, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences.

Job Description:

▪ Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.

▪ Lead employment branding initiatives

▪ Ensure positive candidate experience

▪ Develop and maintain efficient relationships with all hiring managers and administer all talent acquisition activities for various projects

▪ Build a pipeline of talents to fill future openings as the company continues rapid growth

▪ Determine the most effective recruiting process based on position/division

▪ Develop and maintain a social recruiting campaign to reach active and passive candidates, including content development, vendor relationship management, and platform management.

▪ Facilitate internal hiring process.

▪ Monitoring assessment center activities (CBI- Group discussions – role plays).

متطلبات الوظيفة

    • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Supervisor or similar role 5-8 years.
    • Experience using professional social networks (LinkedIn, in particular)
    •  Fluent in English.
    • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
    • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices.
    • Ability to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
    • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
    • Flexible and adaptable with a strong attention to detail.
