  • Responsible for all hub daily operations of receiving, storing, and delivering orders
  • Responsible for performance monitoring of couriers and hub team
  • Supervising Operations staff, developing their skills, assessing their monthly KPIs
  • Supervising Hub objectives by assigning, scheduling, coaching, and developing employees
  • Supervising the ground courier’s routes
  • Meeting Hub operational standards, implements team productivity and resolves problems
  • Managing courier schedule on a daily basis
  • Maintaining sorting area by organizing floor space
  • Following the daily checklist to ensure all his daily tasks are done
  • Following up on Driver’s App updates accuracy
  • Responsible for all “out for delivery” orders till being reconciled at the hub according to the agreed time
  • Ensuring proper handling of cash according to the procedure
  • Handling all COD issues
  • Sending daily, weekly and monthly reports

Requirements

  • From 2 to 3 years experience in hub and warehousing operations, preferably in the shipping field
  • Very good English level
  • Must have experience in leading and supervising teams
  • High School Diploma; Bachelors degree
  • Decision-Making and problem solving skills
  • Analytical and reporting skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Time Management and multi-tasking
  • Good interpersonal skills and leadership skills
  • Proactive, with can do attitude and good judgment
  • Focused and professional attitude
