Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Consultant. The Customer Service Consultant will be responsible for providing excellent customer support through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. The position is located in Cairo, Egypt with flexibility for some work from home. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask while working in a fast-paced environment.
