Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in logistics, preferably in Lubricants or similar industry operations.


Education:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably from the following disciplines: Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply

Activités

Export Management

  • Ensure the safety & security of all operations by adhering & complying to the guidelines set in PATROM.
  • Be a point of escalation for export-related matters.
  • Adherence & compliance to the global/local contracts for freight forwarding.
  • In- charge of the operations and stock management of the 3PL export warehouse.
  • Supervise and control the activities conducted by the Logistics Executives regarding export operations.
  • Responsible for the effective coordination and communication between the Sales and Plant teams, to ensure all requirement


are met.

  • Ensure timely & updated communication to the Sales team on the status of Sales Orders/export/local documents.
  • Ensure availability of inventory in the 3PL export warehouse, via systematic replenishment of stocks per the agreed stock


levels.

  • Periodic review of the inventory movements & stock levels, to ensure it is in-line with the demand trends & business needs.
  • Cascade & appropriate delegation of the above responsibilities to the team, so as to ensure the overall achievement of goal


& objectives.

  • Responsible for implementing the Quality Management System, to achieve effective and efficient results.
  • Ensure that PATROM requirements are met by the Contractors, including SAFE TO LOAD checks.
  • Ensure a comprehensive vehicle planning, accounting for PATROM requirements such as Driver Training, vehicle


capacities, night waiver/derogations, route assessments, etc.

  • Monitor the reasonable usage of consumables for the warehouse operations.
  • Conduct Operating Review Meetings with service providers on a set schedule and take appropriate action on issues that may


arise.

  • Act as a focal point for complaints (relating to logistics topics) from customers. Complaints to be resolved in KISSFLOW within


a stipulated timeframe.

  • Update sales volumes for PSL meetings.
  • Resolve logistics-related issues to ensure contractual commitments are met and any operational impact is minimized.
  • Take proactive actions to mitigate or prevent potential operational impact.
  • Verification of invoices, to ensure alignment with the provision of goods & services availed.


QHSE Objectives :

  • Strict adherence and compliance towards Group HSE Charter & MAESTRO requirements and affiliate’s HSEQ Policy,


Procedures & specific rules & regulations applicable to the area of activity always.

  • Ensure full adherence to the company’s compliance program, its policies and procedures including economic sanctions and


export control in all professional activities.

  • Promptly notify the compliance officer/economic sanctions referent of any instances of noncompliance or violations o


economic sanctions or export control that comes to my attention.

  • Understand and adhere to the current regulatory requirements applicable to the areas of responsibility.
  • Conduct regular audits and walk around to review the potential losses in the areas of responsibility.
  • Reporting of near misses, incidents, hazards & injuries to line Manager within the time frame as required by QHSE policy and


Manuals.

  • Attain and improve the defined KPI/targets towards the overall achievement of QHSE & Energy objectives.
  • Ensuring the use of appropriate PPEs in the work area of responsibility.
  • Participate in appropriate training programs to acquire QHSE & Energy Management knowledge.
  • Participate in safety risk assessments, health risk assessments, planned general inspections, loss control tours, and other


audits per TEMME’s QHSE requirements. Participate in the investigation and analysis of incidents as and when required.

  • Maintain 100% compliance on PATROM.
  • To comply with the TEMME Safe Work Permit program (as per the PTW roles and responsibility assignment: process owner/


permit applicant/ issuing authority and approval authority)

  • Demonstrates exemplary conduct, rigor, vigilance, and professionalism regarding HSE in all activities.
  • Strict adherence to QHSE requirements with full authority to stop any operation for safety reasons.


JOB RELATED OBJECTIVES & ASSIGNMENTS :

  • No accidents in the area under his/her purview.
  • Maintain Export IFOT.
  • Ensure operations are conducted per the defined SOP; responsible for its periodic updates.
  • Ensure no orders are missed in the execution process.
  • Ensure overtime for staff/fleet/warehouse is well-controlled and justified based on business needs.
  • 100 % Compliance with local regulations, compliance processes, and contractual obligations.
  • Expenditure is controlled and managed within the history and trends.
  • Active participation in internal and external audits.


COST MANAGEMENT (EXPORT)

  • Optimization for the efficient c apacity utilization of export fleet.
  • Operational efficiency of the warehouse activities.


Contexte et environnement

  • Responsible for the day-to-day handling of all export dispatches with the key objectives of Fleet management,


meeting / exceeding the agreed service levels.

  • Prepare & proactive involvement in tender documentations for warehouse and transportation, such as Scope of Work,


technical assessments, defining SLAs/penalties, contract reviews etc.

  • Responsible for handling all export-related activities including but not limited to interactions/liaisons with local authorities,


and service providers.

  • Conduct annual interim and performance reviews for the team members.
  • Perform day-to-day operations in the absence of the Logistics Executives - Exports, to ensure no disruption to operations or


service levels.
