Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Coordinator for one of our partners, a multinational bank.

Job Summary:

Coordinate the daily affairs of the logistical needs in event planning meetings, onboarding, and team communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Supports championing the culture of the team by arranging for appropriate celebrations, recognitions, and team-building activities.
  • Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts ( services ,etc. )
  • Organizes and maintains office files in order to process routine records and forms
  • Organize and coordinate office operations and procedures
  • Maintaining the general upkeep of the premises
  • Attend to general issues and fixing simple problems
  • Contact relevant personnel for troubleshooting complex issues
  • Assist, guide, or delegate tasks to appropriate team members as required by the head.
  • Follows up pending items with appropriate staff to ensure the timely completion of assignments
  • Manages and Monitors office resources, including petty cash, stationery, equipment, etc…
  • Onboard New and transferred team members to include user id creation, seat placement, device readiness, etc…
  • Assists the head of department with administration, logistics, and other appropriate business requirements
  • Coordinates internal and external communication related to the department with other internal teams, external vendors, and consultants
  • Coordinates floor-related designs and arrangements with branding, engineering, and concerned departments
  • Manages access to the floor and systematizes with the security and control room team for safety and confidential issues
  • Follows up pending items with appropriate staff for ensuring the timely completion of assignments
  • Exhibits communication skills to maintain a harmonious atmosphere and to present an appropriate image to visitors and callers; application of discretion and tact in dealing with people and situations
  • Maintains confidentiality in work in order to ensure that information is disclosed to authorized personnel only in an appropriate manner


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Good language skills in both Arabic and English; including grammar, punctuation, and spelling as well as ability to translate between Arabic and English
  • Excellent computer skills for word processing and, as required by assigned unit, knowledge of spreadsheet and database management programs.
  • Excellent level of proficiency in keyboarding
  • The ability to take shorthand is required
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Strong interpersonal relations skills; ability to exercise tact and judgment and to ensure confidential information remains confidential
  • Good organizational skills and ability to take initiative.
  • Perform any other job related duties assigned by the manager
