Our client is a leading Management Consulting firm and they are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join their team and provide strategic HR support to their clients. As an HR Generalist - Consulting, you will work c to develop and implement HR strategies and programs that align with their business goals.

Responsibilities:

Partner with client organizations to understand their HR needs and develop effective HR strategies

Provide guidance and support to clients in areas such as talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and employee development

Conduct HR audits to assess compliance with labor laws and recommend necessary changes

Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client HR needs

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR

Requirements:

Proven experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in a consulting environment

%+ years of Experience

Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to build strong relationships with clients

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field

HR certification is a plus
