Marketing Executive, Rest of World

Cairo

Permanent (12 month contract)

Full Time (40 hours per week)

Bupa Global has offices around the world including London and Brighton (UK), Dublin (Europe), Miami (USA), Dubai (UAE, in partnership with OIC), Egypt and Hong Kong (China) as well as regional offices in mainland China, Singapore, the Dominican Republic, Bolivia, Panama, Guatemala and Ecuador.

The purpose of the Marketing Executive, Rest of World (ROW) role is to plan and execute targeted customer campaigns and initiatives across ROW markets. These include brand and PR campaigns, events and sponsorship, market research, development of creative assets and management of approval processes.

How You’ll Help Us Make Health Happen

  • Develop and support the delivery of the go-to-market strategy and plan across ROW markets.
  • Produce all B2B and B2C creative assets including creation, copywriting, and production to meet our proposition and brand values.
  • Create and manage all digital and offline campaign and initiative assets for all promotional channels.
  • Support the B2C and B2B sales team with collateral and content to help them convert more prospects.
  • Conduct market research and acquire up-to-date market trends and insights for upcoming planning.
  • Set up, manage, track and measure performance of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Assist in the delivery of assets, content writing and media management through relevant agencies (creative, media, PR or event) to meet timelines and specifications.
  • Regularly review multi-channel analytics reports and recommend improvements for positive ROI.
  • Populate weekly and monthly reports for performance reporting.
  • Ensure all marketing assets are compliant and approved as per marketing compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, insurance partners and wider marketing teams to ensure timely and smooth implementation of campaigns.

Key Skills / Qualifications Needed For This Role

  • A genuine interest in marketing with over two years relevant experience; global experience would be an advantage.
  • Prior experience in marketing, communications, events and PR would be ideal
  • Prior CRM skills of HubSpot and/or Salesforce.
  • Good PC skills, including Acrobat, Excel, Word and PowerPoint is essential.
  • Clear communication skills with very high standard of written and spoken English. Knowledge of French, Cantonese or Arabic will be an advantage.
  • Able to work independently and is comfortable to multi-task and prioritise.
  • Detail-oriented with outstanding planning and organisational abilities.
  • Experience of operating in a regulated industry with knowledge of copy clearance; specific experience in healthcare, or insurance will be highly advantageous.
