Job Responsibilities & Duties:
Lead a Team of the Account Managers.
Provide end-to-end project management.
Scope project requirements and prepare budgets.
Aligning clients' digital marketing strategies with overall business goals.
Developing detailed designs, plans, and monitoring progress as well as writing up reports.
Up sell the current clients' packs.
Establishing good relationships with clients and other professionals.
Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement clients' digital projects.
Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met.
Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications.
Generate weekly - monthly reports.
Convince and negotiate with the clients.
Communicate with the team and clients and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks.
Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues.
Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any relevant.
3+ years of experience as a Sales Account Manager.
Experience as a Business Development Executive for more than 2 years, OR fresh promoted sales manager, OR fresh promoted Business Development Manager.
Digital agency background is a Must.
Has knowledge of performance marketing and SEO.
Solid technical background with ROAS, Performance Marketing, Media Buying.
Dealing with different dashboards (Meta - GA4 - Google ADS - Snap chat) is preferred.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Communication and team management skills.
