As the Content and QA Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the content development process, ensuring high-quality standards, and maintaining consistency across various platforms.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the content creation process, including content planning, writing, editing, and proofreading.
- Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with the company's goals and target audience.
- Conduct regular quality audits to assess content accuracy, readability, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content consistency and effectiveness across different channels and platforms.
- Identify content gaps and propose new ideas and formats to enhance the overall content portfolio.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content creation and quality assurance.
- Provide guidance and feedback to content creators, and support their professional development.

- Lead and manage a team of content creators and editors.
