Job Description

Analyze and understand business requirement, and do required documentation.
Responsible for leading research projects and development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project goals and needs, and will conduct market and user research to meet those needs.
Identify potential opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Manage project timelines and budgets, and compile and analyze research results to inform business decisions.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or Similar.
At least 8 years of experience in conducting and managing research and development projects.
Previous experience at Engineering Consultant firms is a plus.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Excellent project management skills and experience in managing budgets and timelines.
Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative.
