Accountabilities And Duties

Define the product strategy and roadmap.
Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification.
Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities.
Be an expert with respect to the competition and industry.
Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product.
Perform product demos to customers.
Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals.
Deliver a monthly revenue forecast.
Develop sales tools and collateral.
Propose an overall budget to ensure success.
Brief and train the business development force at quarterly sales meetings.
Translate MVP scope requirements to Development team in the proper format.
Review all UI/UX and request needed changes to meet market standards and growth targets.
Ensure metrics tracking tools are integrated with the deliverables as agreed with Swifty growth team. (I.e Hotjar, mixpanel).
Perform UAT for every delivered feature.
Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories.
Provide an active role in facilitating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals.
Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product.

Experience and Qualifications Required:

Bachelor degree in Computer Science, or equivalent.
Minimum 7+ years of experience in business analysis or as a Product Manager.
Mobile banking, E-payment or Financial services background is a must.
CBAP Certification is a plus.
MBA Certification is a plus
In-depth knowledge in Agile process and practices and other software methodologies.
Experience in writing user stories and INVEST model is a must.
Ability to use issue tracking tools preferably Jira.
Excellent English language is a must.
