Stella Stays is seeking a passionate and innovative Content Marketing Specialist to join our team. The Content Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in managing all content across our diverse platforms while bolstering our employer branding efforts on social media. Were looking for a strategic thinker with a creative edge and outstanding communication skills to captivate our audience and elevate our brand presence

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive content marketing strategies that elevate brand awareness and drive engagement across digital platforms.
  • Craft compelling content across various mediums, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, videos, infographics, and email campaigns.
  • Maintain a robust content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of content aligned with marketing objectives and seasonal campaigns.
  • Analyze content performance metrics to optimize strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives by creating authentic content that showcases our company culture, values, and employee experiences
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in content marketing, social media, and employer branding to drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on content performance and engagement metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in content marketing, social media management, or digital marketing.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a talent for storytelling and brand voice development.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Hospitality industry experience is preferred but not required.
  • Bonus points if you have made a meme that broke the internet
