As an Associate Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company policy and procedure.
• Develop and implement warehouse processes and procedures to ensure accurate inventory management.
• Monitor warehouse operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels, shipments, and order fulfillment.
• Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize warehouse operations.
• Ensure efficient space utilization.
• Maintain standards of health &safety, and hygiene.
• Manage stock control and reconcile with the data storage system.
• Supervise the timely dispatches & Accuracy of the qty mentioned in each delivery
• Controlling Receiving FG from Production and following up by batches and ensuring receiving complete batches on time.
• Control the accuracy of the inventory.
• Controlling and supervising all WH parties (GMP)
• Supervise for the segregation (Slow moving and near Expiry) and ensure hygiene for all locations.
• Supervise all deliveries for damage or variance reports.
  
  
  

To be successful in the role, you should have:

• Bachelor's degree holder from a reputable university.
• Previous work experience from 6Yrs: 8Yrs in warehouse management.
• WMS/SAP user is a must.
• Excellent Analytical and leadership skills.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English language.
