About the Job:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Play Attendant - Kids Club in Jumeirah Al Naseem. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Kids Club;
• To work in designated areas as assigned on the daily roster, e.g. 3-5, 6-12 age groups, reception, admin, specific activities, outlets, Babysitting and events;
• To conduct all Club sessions and activities (craft, indoor, outdoor, special events, etc.) on time and to a set standard and ensure that all children are comfortable and engaged with the Club’s programs;
• To conduct babysitting services for guests while on duty and off duty when possible;
• To ensure the safety of all guests – following risk assessments and active supervision of all children under our care;
• To follow the security procedures for registration and other reception duties when assigned to work at the reception or gate;
• To handle cash payments and receipts for any transactions;
• To be responsible for cleanliness and hygiene in the Kids Club.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar position in a 5* hotel or luxury environment;
• Secondary Education or Equivalent, childcare education background is preferred; 
• Childcare experience and sports background will be an added advantage; 
• Clear and effective communication skills in English and proficiency in the Russian language.
