Main Duties and Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

Screening and Assessment: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for the restaurant's culture and requirements.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a timely and seamless process for all parties involved.

Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, feedback, and guidance as needed.

Employer Branding: Represent the restaurant positively in all interactions with candidates and external partners, highlighting our values, culture, and opportunities for career growth.

Recruitment Marketing: Develop and implement creative recruitment marketing strategies to enhance the restaurant's visibility and attract top talent.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process, including equal employment opportunity (EEO) guidelines.

Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, recruitment metrics, and hiring activity using the appropriate systems and tools.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize the recruitment process, enhance efficiency, and improve the overall quality of hires.

Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers, HR team members, and other stakeholders to understand staffing needs, align recruitment efforts with business objectives, and foster a collaborative hiring culture.

Specifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, techniques, and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant HR software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to respond to changing priorities and business needs.
