Sport Facilities Coordinator - Administration - UAE Nationals Female
The Sport Facilities Coordinator is responsible to perform a number of administrative support and
customer service tasks to ensure efficient operation across Khalifa University campuses.
• Monitor sports facility operations and ensure standards for customer satisfaction
• Assist with the implementation of the facility marketing and advertising plan(s); maintain and update
website(s)
• Assist in support of logistical needs of events and/or game-day preparations including set-up, seating,
public address systems, officials’ areas, hospitality, distinguished attendees and/or mid-event
responsibilities;
• Follow maintenance guidelines and make service requests for designated athletic facilities;
• Support the facility and/or logistical needs of athletic/recreational programs and events; assist with
facility inspections
• Adhere to facility safety policies and maintain certifications;
• Assist in overall site safety of facility, storage, and data collection for reports and records and/or
conduct site and facility equipment inspections
• Provide assistance and support for the scheduling of athletic/recreational facilities;
• Assist in the development of employee manuals for gym facility users and the implementation of
training programs
• Assist with maintenance of facility equipment inventory
• Adhere to and support established sports facility budget;
• Provide suggestions for upkeep and repairs
• Suggest items for purchase to support facility operations
• Provide general clerical and administrative support to assist the efficient and effective running of the
department.
• Assist with tasks related to record keeping, filing, dealing with correspondence, processing, etc as
required.
• Filing and organizing records, invoices and other important documentation
• Prepare mail invoices and send them to the Finance Department for processing.
• Adhere to the University's information security and confidentiality policies and procedures, and
report breaches or other security risks accordingly
• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate the accomplishment of tasks and responsibilities, as
and when needed
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Line Manager
