As a EMEA Recruiter you will partner directly with Hiring Managers to hire world class commercial, sales & techncial pre-sales talent for the various commercial business areas we have at Microsoft across EMEA.

You'll assesses the business needs and competitive landscape to develop and execute hiring plans. You'll focus on delivering a great candidate experience supporting candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle and identifies motivators to engage and close candidates.

Responsibilities

This is a 360 degree recruitment role, working and influencing stakeholders while also driving our diversity and inclusion agenda.

  • You will recommend and implement a hiring plan to address business demand and talent availability.
  • Using motivators, you’ll engage and prepare candidates for the next phase of the hiring process, while identifying ways to enhance their experience. You’ll also develop candidates for immediate needs, along with a pipeline for differentiated candidates to address future talent needs.
  • You will assess candidates and execute their initial screening, while gathering information to qualify the talent pool. You’ll also maintain candidates’ qualifications and status in the appropriate systems, and apply policies and regulations to all stages of the staffing process.
  • Brings candidates through the interview and closing process, and works with other teams to meet candidate needs.
  • You will move candidates through the hiring process while working with other teams to meet their needs. You’ll also gather internal and external data to identify the state of workforce talent and market trends, and share recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field AND s talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in sales and technical pre-sales recruitment

Preferred

  • Full cycle multicountry recruitment experience within EMEA preferred
