We are seeking a talented, self-directed Performance Marketing Manager to lead planning, development, execution, and optimization for compelling paid media campaigns, to drive lead generation for APS.

The ideal candidate is a customer obsessed marketer who can think strategically and execute flawlessly, and is excited to experiment and learn in a data driven environment, using customer data and insight to make campaign and marketing investment recommendations. We are seeking a detail-oriented marketer who likes to work across multiple marketing channels to deliver personalized best-in-class communication to customers.

  • Own acquisition marketing, considering wider business goals.
  • Control assigned budgets and devise ways of spending in the most effective manner to meet acquisition and efficiency goals.
  • Partner with APS teams on execution and measurement of key technology platforms and processes
  • Interface third party agencies and partners as necessary to deliver against goals.
  • Own campaign performance and adjust tactics to meet objectives and budgets.
  • Report on progress against goals and other relevant metrics to stakeholders.
  • Implement and continually test new creative messaging, landing pages, campaigns and tools.
  • Be recognized as an expert in the space and look for new opportunities to expand our marketing efforts.
  • Drive efficiencies in demand gen efforts and budgets

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in online marketing and/or other performance marketing disciplines.
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, a passion for metrics and quantitative analysis, and the ability to turn analysis into actionable programs.
  • Comfort with technology, including the ability to understand key technical issues and their implications as well as to suggest alternative solutions.
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience owning and driving large-scale cross-functional programs.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; at ease when dealing with senior management.
  • Strong bias for action, including the ability to juggle multiple priorities and excel in a lean work environment.
