- Conduct comprehensive quality reviews of processes, documentation, and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze data and trends to identify quality-related issues and opportunities.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives across various departments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is prioritized throughout the organization.
- Develop and maintain quality management documentation, including reports and procedures.
- Conduct training and workshops to promote quality awareness across the company.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest quality management methodologies and best practices (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
- Report on quality assurance activities and outcomes to management team.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, project management) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a quality-related role.
- Strong understanding of quality management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Six sigma is a must
