As a Content Specialist, your role is crucial in optimizing vendor menus to align with our company standards. Craft high-quality content to enhance our customers' online ordering experience to its fullest potential.
● Develop enticing and informative menu content that adheres to Mrsool’s guidelines and reflects the brand's identity.
● Craft detailed product descriptions to aid customers in making informed menu choices and drive sales.
● Ensure menu content is of the highest quality, providing customers with comprehensive information to enhance their
online ordering experience.
● Meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) set by the content team for the timely creation and updating of menu content.
● Collaborate with various departments to gather menu item details, nutritional information, and customer preferences.
Optimize menu content for conversion rates to increase sales and attract more customers.
متطلبات الوظيفة
● Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation or data entry
● Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
● Proficiency in both English and Arabic languages
● Strong typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy
● Creativity and innovation in presenting content for optimal customer experience
● Basic understanding of Excel
● Excellent communication skills
● Willingness to work on rotational shifts (24/7)
● Able to work during weekends and public holidays
● Bachelor’s degree is a must
