Maintain painting equipment, including spray guns, compressors, and mixing machines, by cleaning, calibrating, and performing routine maintenance tasks.
Collaborate with colleagues in other departments, such as maintenance, fabrication, and assembly, to coordinate painting schedules and prioritize equipment for painting.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in painting or automotive refinishing preferred.
Proficiency in using painting equipment such as spray guns, air compressors, and mixing machines.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Familiarity with various types of paint coatings, primers, and finishes used in heavy equipment painting.
