  • Conduct internal investigations regarding suspected fraud, misconduct, or violations of company policies.
  • Gather and analyze evidence, including documents, emails, and interviews, to uncover potential wrongdoing.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments and stakeholders to ensure investigations are thorough and comprehensive.
  • Prepare detailed investigative reports outlining findings, conclusions, and recommendations for corrective action.
  • Assist in developing and enhancing internal controls and protocols to prevent and detect fraudulent activities.
  • Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of investigations and sensitive information.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on ethics, compliance, and fraud prevention.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes related to investigations and fraud prevention.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of the company's code of conduct and ethical guidelines.

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field such as Accounting, or Legal Studies.
  • Prior experience in conducting investigations, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to fraud and misconduct.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple investigations .
