Job Description

• Understanding the provided design and planning the site implementation
• Performing a wide range of AMI network tasks.
• Ensuring that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements.
• Writing daily reports and compiling data regarding daily progress and next day plans
• Supervising the site implementation.
• Working with a variety of technicians teams/ subcontractors.
• Coordinate with his superiors to ensure that site progress is aligned with project plans and expectations.
• Maintaining safe and healthy work environment.
• Performing site inspection for the completed works before calling for client inspections.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering degree with a minimum of 1 year experience or diploma with 5 years’ experience.
• Driving license.
• Good understanding of the Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI).
• Hands on metering experience.
• Previous experience with different make and models of energy and water meters.
• Good knowledge and understanding of the different communication protocols used in
  
  

the AMI industry.

• Good knowledge and understanding of the different network topologies which are recommended for AMI networks and the recommended cables.
• Team player.
• Very good level in documentation and reporting.
• Site management skills.
