OrbitLine Organizers is a leading tech event series in MEA region, We are looking for an Event Sales Executive to join our team in Egypt

This role is responsible for growing event sales targets utilizing your network and expertise, building and retaining client relationships and being an overall trusted representative of our event series and more.

Event Sales Executive candidates must be highly driven, have incredible interpersonal skills, have a team-player mentality, and be driven by excellence.


Responsibilities:

  • Drive business across the region
  • Meet or exceed sales targets
  • Meet or exceed KPIs
  • Retain and grow current revenue
  • Retain and grow new client relationships



Required:

  • Have at least 1+ years of tech sales/account management/relationship management experience in Egypt. 
  • Have previous event sales experience and excellent prospecting skills
  • A track record of exceeding sales targets and/or KPIs
  • A broad network of tech industry contacts
  • Have a keen interest or experience in the Egypt tech industry
  • Have a strong understanding of tech industry experience
  • Have excellent written and spoken English and Arabic
  • Be proactive, willing to go the extra mile in a start-up environment and own the role
  • Have experience with CRMs and sales tools
  • Be commercially astute, with budget management skills and a focus on delivering positive ROI with detailed analysis of data to drive strategy
  • Have experience managing complex stakeholders, such as sponsors and tech corporates
  • Be a team player, able to collaborate effectively in a small, busy, remote and highly ambitious team
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Excellent listening and sales negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills including demonstrable evidence of the ability to interact with credibly, and influence, senior level executives.
  • Team player – willing to “get your hands dirty” to achieve goals.
  • Ability to travel as necessary.
