Office Coordinator, New Cairo Head Office ''Outsourced'

The primary role of the "Office Coordinator" is to provide all operational services to office employees and manage AstraZeneca's front desk along with monitoring Health and Safety.

Main roles and responsibilities:


  • Manage all entrance activities including both internal and external visitors
  • Manage all activities related to license renewals and data entry
  • Deal with couriers and manage the process of in and out packages
  • Answer all phone calls of AstraZeneca's front desk
  • Issue PRs as needed, and support activities related to inhouse vendors


Education, Skills, Experience required:


  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1 - 3 years of experience
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office
  • High communication skills and ability to handle different people
  • A certificate in administration is an asset
  • Positive response to pressure
  • Good command in English
