How will you make an impact?

Role

As a true ambassador of Cartier, you will support to optimize the supply and distribution while respecting the market strategy, central operations and Cartier international visual merchandising standards. In this role you will:

  • Define the regional forecase by reference/product category in collaboration with HQ & VM team
  • Assess the supply needs of sales accessories on a quarterly basis to ensure operational efficiency and ideal stock level. You will follow up delays with HQ team, request additional stock when needed, share the planned deliveries with respective teams.
  • You will analyze inventory levels vs target and forecast and aler the team on risk or trend changes.
  • Work on POSM allocation and quantities proposal for the new animations related to new product launches per each point of sales according to guidelines and boutique layout whilse ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Guarantee client service for boutique and watch specialists for non sellable needs.
  • Follow up on stock availability and challenge HQ on shortages.
  • Requests destructions on obsolete and defective stock.

How will you experience success with us?

You will be fluent in English with excellent communication skills to collaborate with both colleagues and stakeholders across the region, ideally already based in the UAE with Middle East work experience and awareness of the region. To date, you have 3 - 5 years previous experience in supply chain or merchandising department of an international company. You have excellent skills in Excel and are an advanced user for daily tasks, experience in Power BI or SAP is adventageous. You have an interest in the world of luxury, previous experience in retail is a plus but not mandatory.
