Job Purpose

Develop and implement effective outdoor marketing strategies to promote our products/services and understand the outdoor advertising channels to track record in driving successful marketing campaigns.

Technical Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive outdoor marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
  • Identify suitable outdoor advertising channels, such as billboards, transit advertising, digital displays, and experiential marketing opportunities, to reach the target audience effectively.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align outdoor campaigns with overall marketing objectives and brand messaging.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform outdoor marketing strategies.
  • Manage relationships with outdoor advertising agencies, negotiate contracts, to ensure cost-effective utilization

of advertising budget.

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of outdoor marketing campaigns to provide regular reports and insights to management.
  • Coordinate with creative teams to develop compelling outdoor advertising content, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis to evaluate the success of outdoor marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain outdoors data base with detailed locations, vendors and branches split.
  • Responsible for regular maintenance for outdoor spots through assigned vendors and in collaboration with operation/branches team.
  • Carry periodic field visits to ensure all outdoors are in proper condition.
  • Site visits to new branches before opening date to scan the surrounding area and identify potential locations for both directional and tactical signs.
  • Keep proper records and filing for contracts, payments and document cycle.
  • Ensure payments to vendors as per contracts and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain data base with actual pictures for all rented locations and update it regularly.

Communication and working relationships

  • Daily verbal/ written/ phone communication with the Outdoor Manager and Marketing Director.
  • Ongoing internal communication with marketing team and operation team.
  • Ongoing external communication with agencies and suppliers.

Job latitude / decision making authority

  • Works with Outdoor Manager and Marketing Director.
  • Works within defined policies procedures and work processes

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities (KSA's)

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in outdoor advertising channels, including traditional and digital formats.
  • Proven ability to analyze market trends, consumer behavior and competitors to ensure effective outdoors activities.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills to establish and maintain relationships with advertising agencies and vendors.
  • Proficiency in using MS office (excel, word and PPT).
  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative ideas for outdoor marketing campaigns.
  • Leadership qualities and the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.

Flexibility to travel and work outside regular office hours as required.
