Junior Storekeeper

We are currently seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Junior Storekeeper. As a Junior Storekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the inventory in our store, ensuring that our products are readily available for our customers. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for customer service, this role may be perfect for you.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming merchandise to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Generate sales through effective product merchandising and display
• Maintain inventory levels by monitoring stock movement and performing regular stock counts
• Collaborate with the purchasing team to ensure the timely replenishment of stock
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding stock handling and storage
• Assist in the maintenance of a clean and organized store environment
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a retail or warehouse environment preferred
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
