We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operation Administrator to join our team. As an Operation Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our company's operations. You will have the opportunity to work closely with various departments within the organization, coordinating and streamlining processes to maximize productivity and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
  • Maintain and update company databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Prepare and distribute internal memos, reports, and documents as needed.
  • Assist in managing and organizing company events, conferences, and workshops.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, ensuring timely reordering when necessary.
  • Collaborate with HR department to assist in the recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  • High level of professionalism and ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel.
