Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate complete knowledge and understanding of UAE Labour Law to ensure compliance across all HR practices.
  • Develop and execute strategic HR plans to align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to create an inclusive work environment.
  • Implement strategies for employee engagement and retention to enhance overall satisfaction and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with all HR-related regulations and effectively manage risks.
  • Utilize technology effectively to streamline HR processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and negotiation processes to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development to support employee growth and career advancement.
  • Demonstrate high emotional intelligence (EI) to effectively manage relationships and navigate challenging situations.
  • Monitor employee performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies for improvement as needed.
  • Exhibit excellent skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, to generate insightful reports and presentations.


Requirements:

  • BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant degree in HR or Administration.
  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience as an HR Generalist.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Proactive and adaptable mindset.
  • Team-oriented with a focus on results.
  • Flexibility in schedule and location.
  • Fluent in Arabic and excellent English proficiency.
  • Understanding of HR policies and procedures.
