The hr manager will play a crucial role in setting the strategic direction of the human resources department and ensuring its operations align with the organization's business goals. this role involves all human resources functions such as hr strategy development, talent management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, and organizational development. this position requires a strategic thinker passionate about employee engagement, organizational development, and fostering a positive work environment to support our company's growth and success.


Key responsibilities


Develop and implement hr strategies, tactics, procedures, and initiatives aligned with the business strategy.

Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure we attract and retain top talent.

Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.

Identify training and development needs, coordinate training programs, and support employee career development initiatives.

Assist in compensation analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive salary structures and reward programs.

Utilize current hris (human resources information system) to maintain employee records, generate reports, and streamline hr processes.

Develop and implement employee engagement programs, surveys, and feedback mechanisms to foster a positive work environment.

Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

Maintain accurate hr records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive employee information.

Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations, staying updated on changes that may impact hr policies and practices.

Manage the hr budget efficiently, allocating resources to support hr initiatives and programs.


Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. master's degree or relevant hr certifications (e.g., phr, sphr, mba) is a plus.

5-7 years of progressive hr experience, including at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Proven leadership and team management skills to guide and develop the hr team.

Proficiency in using hris systems for data management and analysis.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.

Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict-resolution skills.

Deep understanding of employment laws, regulations, and best practices in hr compliance.

Ability to think strategically and contribute to hr strategy development.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data analysis.

Ability to adapt to changing hr priorities and responsibilities.

Collaborative mindset, working effectively with hr colleagues and cross-functional teams.
