FF&E Designer

Driven to create unique home-grown food concepts that bring people together, the Independent Food Company is a UAE-based hospitality company with multiple concepts under it’s umbrella – SALT, Switch, Parker’s, Somewhere and Public.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced FF&E Designer to join our in-house team and be based from our HQ in Dubai. Working as part of a multi-disciplined team, you will be working with various stakeholders to develop FF&E concepts. Key responsibilities for the role include:

• Research and source materials, furniture, fixtures and equipment from suppliers and vendors - locally and globally
• Create and maintain FF&E schedules, specifications and budgets
• Prepare presentations and material boards to communicate design concepts to key stakeholders
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and installation of items
• Conduct site visits to review, inspect and approve installation of FF&E
  
  

To be considered for this role you will need to hold a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field. You will have previous experience as an FF&E Designer within the hospitality/F&B industry and have a working knowledge with tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.

Due to our exciting growth, this role will require someone comfortable handling multiple projects simultaneously.
