				          - Study customer’s verbal or written technical requirements. 
 -  Point out & specify major technical requirements. 
 -  Make the pricing using WPL pricing list pricing system or inventory price list. 
 -  Write the technical & commercial offer. 
 -  Develop customer awareness and impart excellent technical support to major accounts and key clients. 
 -  Hit rate with relevance to no. of offers vs. no. of inquiries. 
 -  Speed & efficiency of response to customer Inquiries. 
 -  Quality & quantity of offers made. 
 -  No. of mistakes in specifying or pricing of the required product. 
 
Market coverage
-  Follow- up customers on his customer list on regular basis. 
 -  Create new customers by searching new opportunities. 
 -  Visit consulting & engineering offices and maintain good relationship with them. 
 -  Follow up all inquiries whether coming from the sales or supplier side. 
 -  No of quotations/Offers entered in the Main reports 
 -  Customer Coverage System M.R. 
 -  No. of new customers entered in the M.R. 
 -  No. of registered inquiries in the M.R 
 
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years related industry experience in Pre-sales designing, support, and Installation
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or higher.
Must have comprehensive knowledge of ABM related business.
Able to leverage communication with high level of accuracy and effectiveness.
