Lead Interaction Designer

Main responsibilities

    • Lead Interaction Design projects (including Design System) and manage designers.
    • Drive the creation of innovative and best-in-class design system.
    • Lead the collaboration with product designers and cross-functional teams to build and improve the design system.
    • Lead the exploration of future version of our products and innovative design patterns.
    • Collaborate with UX Research Team to conduct user research to inform design system decisions.
    • Hands-on in creating wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototype that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
    • Iterate the design system based on user feedback, usability testing, and stakeholder input.
    • Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless integration of design system into the development process.
    • Design visually appealing interfaces that align with our brand identity and enhance the overall user experience.
    • Create designs that are responsive and optimized for various devices, ensuring a consistent and delightful user experience across platforms.
    • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a comprehensive design system to streamline the design process and maintain consistency.
    • Clearly communicate design decisions and rationale to the team and stakeholders.
    • Stay informed about the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate best practices into our design processes.
    • Tracks design system analytics and follow-up with solutions to improve the design system.

متطلبات الوظيفة

    • Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent practical experience.
    • 7+ years of experience in Visual Design, UI Design and Motion Design.
    • 3+ years of experience managing large scale Design System and people.
    • Experience in financial services, fintech, ideally in B2B context.
    • Understand the interdependence between customer needs, business expectations, and technical requirements and ability to drive a reasoned discussion on this subject and articulate the value of a design choice.
    • Ability to manage complex problems and able to deliver best-in-class, intuitive customer experiences.
    • Ability to plan, conduct, and synthesize user research for the Design System.
    • Skilled at creating Design System that consistently scales across platforms.
    • Strong communication skills with ability to articulate the value of a design choice to users and non-designer stakeholders.
