Responsibilities:

As a Zoho Implementation Specialist intern, you will play an active role in supporting our implementation projects and ensuring client satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in gathering and documenting clients business requirements for Zoho implementations.
• Analyzing client processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborating with key stakeholders to define user needs and develop data processing solutions.
• Interacting with customers to provide information, address inquiries, and resolve concerns about Zoho products and services.
• Conducting GAP analyses to showcase the benefits of implementing Zoho systems for enhancing business operations.
• Supporting the preparation and delivery of customized demos of Zoho applications for clients.
• Assisting in the configuration and customization of Zoho applications based on client requirements.
• Collaborating with the development team, if needed, to coordinate the implementation process.
• Conducting extensive testing of the system before each implementation step to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Creating and maintaining project plans and schedules, listing tasks, accountabilities, and due dates.
• Troubleshooting and responding to system requests, providing detailed resolutions within the agreed service level agreement.
• Identifying system performance issues and recommending appropriate changes for improvement.
