MENA Digital Marketing Specialist


Location: Egypt

Function: Consumer & Marketplace Insights



To lead, inspire, develop, challenge, and coordinate the market digital marketing. Supporting Marketing and Business Managers to accelerate strong brand growth by applying the winning actions from Creating Engaging Brand Experiences and Plan and Execute Flawlessly.


Digital Strategy Development:

  • Supporting in the development and execution of the digital and content strategy.
  • Liaising with search partners to optimize keyword strategies for Google and Amazon.

Content Development:

  • Working with the Kitchen studio on digital campaigns as well as always-on content to ensure that creative execution answers the business needs and campaign objective – all while excelling at appetite appeal and capturing the brand tone of voice and identity.
  • Ensuring creative deliverables encompass all cultural nuances across clusters to enhance local relevance to our target audience.
  • Close collaboration with agency stakeholders to facilitate and coordinate end-to-end content creation process from ideation to execution and then amplification on paid media channels.
  • Briefing and overseeing all website content development and uploads (whether brand related, cluster/product specific, recipe content), on the SRH, Maggi Arabia website, and Maggi Egypt page.

Optimizing Maggi Touchpoints:


  • Working very closely across stakeholders (Development agency, CRM agency, Media agency, Zone AOA team, ICT, and creative agency) to ensure that all elements of WhatsApp chatbot are launched and optimized seamlessly.
  • Collaborating with PME and Zone AOA team to build and optimize conversation flow – bearing in mind cultural elements across clusters.
  • Close cooperation with chatbot development team to ensure user journey on the bot is seamless and answers the business needs.


  • Ensure website is optimized across with content updated on a regular basis.
  • Work closely with the Kitchen Studio to oversee content development and coordinate with ICT and GMI to drive publishing/uploads.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Ensuring alignment across all agency partners and cluster brand teams when it comes to digital activities and activations.
  • Liaising with legal and brand activations team to facilitate successful and compliant online activations and lead generation activities.
  • Liaising between the creative, media, website, and CRM agencies to ensure that campaigns are executed seamlessly across markets with consumer data at the heart of all communication.
  • Collaborating with platform partners to develop and optimize channel-native activities to answer consumer tensions per market (ex: Amazon)

What Will Make You Successful…

  • Strong experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 4 years in media agency management or an equivalent position in FMCG.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or digital marketing.
  • Experience in CRM, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), content creation, managing partners, and digital media campaigns.
  • Solid knowledge across both offline and online media platforms.
  • Strong ability in managing various stakeholders.
