Responsibilities:

• Managing end-to-end hiring processes.
• Managing onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Managing performance management cycle.
• Designing job descriptions and workflows.
• Developing organization structure and competency framework.
• Managing employee engagement activities.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• Certification in HR.
• Fluent English is a must.
• MS Office Advanced user.
