Savoy Sharm Group is seeking a professional and dedicated Room Attendant to join our team at our luxurious resort in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt. As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and comfort for our guests during their stay at the resort. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically fit, and has a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities
• Ensure all guest requests and preferences are met in a timely and efficient manner
• Report any maintenance issues or damage to the appropriate department
• Follow all health and safety procedures and guidelines
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
• Assist with laundry services as needed
• Stock and maintain the housekeeping cart with supplies
• Maintain a neat and organized work area
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor
  
  

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 20 pounds
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
