What You'll Be Doing:

• Tech Troubleshooter: Help our clients on-site or remotely with their IT security troubles.
• System Savvy: You should know your way around networks, servers, firewalls, and antivirus software.
• Setup Superstar: Set up and fix security systems for our clients.
• Security Advisor: Answer client questions about keeping their systems safe and share smart security tips.
• Risk Detector: Check for security weak spots and suggest how to fix them.
• Policy Maker: Help write rules and guidelines to keep our client’s data protected.
• Stay Sharp: Keep up with new threats and trends in IT security.
• Incident Investigator: Look into security issues and help fix them.
• Trainer: Teach clients how to stay safe online.
• Record Keeper: Keep clear records of problems you solve and advice you give.

Skills and Certs You’ll Need:

• You’ll have some cool certifications like CCNA, Security+, CySA+, MCSA, Linux+, and Azure 104.
• You're great at solving problems, super organized, and good at explaining tech things in a simple way.
