We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Research Analyst to join our team. As a Research Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide insights and support strategic decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong quantitative and qualitative research skills, excellent attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct quantitative and qualitative research using various data collection methods, such as surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing research findings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making.
Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.
Develop and maintain databases and data collection systems to ensure data integrity.
Assist with the preparation and execution of research projects, including planning, timeline management, and coordination.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as market research, statistics, or business analytics.
2+ years of experience in a research or analytical role.
Proficient in quantitative and qualitative research methods.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Proficient in statistical analysis software, such as SPSS or SAS.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with market research techniques and methodologies.
Knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, is a plus.
Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python or R, is a plus.
