We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Research Analyst to join our team. As a Research Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide insights and support strategic decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong quantitative and qualitative research skills, excellent attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research using various data collection methods, such as surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing research findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.
- Develop and maintain databases and data collection systems to ensure data integrity.
- Assist with the preparation and execution of research projects, including planning, timeline management, and coordination.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as market research, statistics, or business analytics.
- 2+ years of experience in a research or analytical role.
- Proficient in quantitative and qualitative research methods.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Proficient in statistical analysis software, such as SPSS or SAS.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with market research techniques and methodologies.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, is a plus.
- Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python or R, is a plus.
