Job Description


NOV Energy Products & Services is seeking an experienced Operations & Quality Supervisor. In this role, you will provide support to the location to assure high quality service to the client. Your duties will also include providing forecasting equipment requirements, defining technical problems or equipment design limitations and contribute to solutions. You will work with field management to correct technical problems.


  • Quality & HSE and Reliability:
    • Ensures that all non-conformance Quality and HSE events are properly notified, investigated, reviewed and followed up, as per the NOV QMS and participates in investigations of major failures and accidents, as required by the standards.
    • Coordinates HQ related client QHSE annual reviews.
    • Collate reliability data and analyse repeatability trends.
    • Perform Audits (daily / monthly) for all the processes include identifying the root cause analysis to capture all the gaps and ensure the technicians are competent to perform the task.
    • Support the engineering team with incident reporting.
  • Assets, facilities & Maintenance:
    • Monitor the calibration of all equipment and tools.
    • Ensures that the service and maintenance of rental and newly build equipment meets requirements of business and international standards
    • Coordinate intra regions Loans, transfers and operations support.
    • Manage Assets & Inventory counts as well as monitor utilization of rental fleet
    • Leads CAPEX Planning, ordering, and asset Optimization and Management.
    • Develops and maintains a high level of awareness and active personal involvement among all Personnel through prevention and reporting of noncompliance.

  • Engineering degree or equivalent
  • 5 years’ minimum experience in oilfield related activities / maintenance and service shop preferred
  • Experience with international certification such as ISO 9001 and API
