Shift Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Shift Supervisor. As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business during your assigned shift. You will be responsible for overseeing and directing a team of employees, maintaining a positive work environment, and ensuring that exceptional customer service is provided at all times.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of employees during your assigned shift
• Ensure that all daily tasks and responsibilities are completed in a timely and efficient manner
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing constructive feedback and implementing necessary corrective actions
• Assist with employee training and development, ensuring that all employees have the skills and knowledge required to perform their job functions effectively
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and incidents, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines
• Oversee inventory management, including tracking and ordering supplies as needed
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in management or a related field is preferred
• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in computer applications, such as Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in customer service and employee management
